Building Interoperability for European Civil Proceedings Online (2) Print

The Research Institute on Judicial Systems of the National Research Council of Italy has carried out comparative researches in the field of e-Justice since 1999. Since then, the Institute has coordinated a number of projects and published several books in this field. Building interoperability for European Civil Proceedings Online is to be regarded as a further step of a broader multiple-year research effort to develop a large body of empirical knowledge about the functioning of e-justice systems in the EU and to identify key issues affecting the development of e-justice for national and trans-border proceedings.
