Organization, innovation and justice

Research coordinator: Marco Fabri

dreamsSince 1989 we have been studying the administration of justice and associated processes of change, taking a comparative and empirical approach. We mainly consider European justice systems , but ‑ thanks to the network of researchers and practitioners who we have helped to promote ‑ we often work with institutions in the United States, Australia and Canada. The focus of our research is the relations among normative, institutional, organizational and technological practices  that characterize the functioning of justice systems and processes of change within them. For this reason we try to work with institutions and researchers from other disciplines, which allows us to combine different perspectives and forms of  analysis.
