Structure of research activity

The research activity of the Institute is organized in three main research fields, within which there are several "research lines".

In particular the research fields are:

♦Governance of judicial systems (research coordinator Prof. Giuseppe Di Federico)
♦Organization, innovation and justice (research coordinator Dr. Marco Fabri)
♦Quality and assesment of justice systems (research coordinator Dr. Francesco Contini)
The three research fields are included in the Projects n°6 of the CNR Department 'Identità Culturale' (DIC) called: Law, technological innovation, and legal culture.
